A smooth event experience starts before you arrive. From entry guidelines to parking parameters, here's a quick overview of what you need to know to make the most of your visit at Riverview Health Arena at Innovation Mile.
Guidelines
As Riverview Health Arena at Innovation Mile is a Ticketmaster facility, all tickets to all events will be through Ticketmaster or Universe. Be sure to have your tickets downloaded prior to the event.
For events happening outside of Noblesville Boom season bag size in 11" by 17" inches or clear.
No backpacks, however.
During Boom season bag size is 6" by 10" by 2" inches.
No outside food or beverage is permitted inside The Arena.
Concession stands and water fountains will be available.
Riverview Health Arena at Innovation Mile is a cashless facility.
All debit and credit cards are accepted.

There is no re-entry into the building once your ticket is scanned. Keep this in mind before entering the building for an event.

Parking
During events the parking garage on the East side of The Arena is the best place for spectators to park.
