A smooth event experience starts before you arrive. From entry guidelines to parking parameters, here's a quick overview of what you need to know to make the most of your visit at The Arena at Innovation Mile.
Guidelines
As The Arena at Innovation Mile is a Ticketmaster facility, all tickets to all events will be through Ticketmaster. Be sure to have your tickets downloaded prior to the event.
All bags brought into The Arena must be 6 by 10 by 2 inches or clear.
No outside food or beverage is permitted inside The Arena.
Concession stands and water fountains will be available.
The Arena at Innovation Mile is a cashless facility. All debit and credit cards are accepted.

There is no re-entry into the building once your ticket is scanned. Keep this in mind before entering the building for an event.
