Welcome to The Arena at Innovation Mile

Here you’ll find everything you need to know to make your visit easy and enjoyable. From entry details and amenities to food options and accessibility services, this guide is here to help you feel prepared so you can focus on enjoying your event.

re-entry policy

There is no re-entry for guests once ticket has been scanned.

restrooms

On the upper concourse, there are four large restrooms (two women’s and two men’s) located on the east and west ends, along with two family restrooms. 

In Grand Hall, there is one family restroom and two large restrooms (men’s and women’s), which may be closed depending on the event. 

Sensory Room

The Sensory Room is located on the second floor behind Section 4, next to the Mothers’ Room. 

This is a KultureCity certified sensory room.
*This space is available for guests who feel overwhelmed and need a quiet place to reset. 

smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside The Arena.

A designated smoking area MAY be available outside during certain events. 

Ticket information

All tickets for public events will be through Ticketmaster and can be found on our website or Ticketmaster.com.

Alcohol policy

Outside beverages, including refillable water bottles, are not permitted inside The Arena. 

Alcoholic beverages may be available for purchase depending on the event. 

bag policy

Bags that are not clear OR larger than 6 x 10 x 2 inches are not permitted inside The Arena.

 Banners and signs are prohibited inside The Arena.

Code of Conduct

The Arena at Innovation Mile is dedicated to ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming experience for all guests. Guests are required to follow the Guest Code of Conduct outlined below.

The Arena reserves the right to determine unacceptable behavior. Violators may be ejected without refund and may be subject to arrest. 

​

Guest Expectations: 

  • Be respectful and considerate of others. 

  • Refrain from derogatory, profane, or offensive language or gestures (verbal or non-verbal) related to race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin. Such behavior directed at guests, staff, players, referees, or team personnel is unacceptable. 

  • Fighting, throwing items, threatening language, bullying, or abusive conduct is strictly prohibited. 

  • Support your team or entertainer in a respectful and courteous manner. 

  • Follow staff instructions regarding arena operations and emergency procedures. 

  • Do not wear or display inappropriate or indecent clothing. 

  • Consume alcohol responsibly. Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated or underage guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner. 

  • Smoking (including e-cigarettes, vapes, or other devices) is prohibited inside The Arena. 

  • Present your ticket when requested and sit only in your assigned seat. 

  • Help maintain a clean environment. 

  • Do not interfere with balls in play or disrupt the event. 

  • Guests who engage in fighting, throwing objects or attempting to enter the court will be immediately ejected from The Arena. 

  • No trespassing onto the court. 

  • No weapons of any kind, including items deemed capable of being used as a weapon.

Bias-Based Language Policy: 
The use of offensive or discriminatory language based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation, national origin, or veteran status is prohibited. If security determines that a bias-based violation has occurred, the violator will be ejected. 

​

The Arena staff have been trained to intervene when necessary to help ensure that the above expectations are met, and guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher, security guard, or guest services staff member. Abusive behavior towards Arena staff and representatives will not be tolerated. 

​

Guests who choose not to adhere to this Code of Conduct will be subject to penalty including, but not limited to, ejection without refund, revocation of their season tickets, and/or prevention from attending future games. They may also be in violation of local ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution. 

 

The Arena is committed to maintaining a fan-friendly environment for everyone. 

Concessions

The Arena features two full-service concession stands on the northeast and northwest ends of the second level, named Hometown Eats and Deer Creek Café. Two additional portable stands are available on the southeast and southwest ends of the second level.

Directions to The Arena at Innovation Mile can be found on Google and Apple Maps.

The Arena at Innovation Mile is easily accessible from Interstate 69. Exit onto Olio Road and head north. At the first roundabout, take the first exit onto 141st Street. At the next roundabout, you have three options: take the first exit onto Breakthrough Drive to access the Arena’s loading dock; take the second exit onto Momentum Boulevard, which leads to CJ Way and the main entrance; or take the third exit onto Batterson Drive for direct access to the East Parking Garage. 

Elevators

Two elevators are available for public use, located on the east and west ends of Grand Hall. ​

All event entry is through the Grand Hall entrance on the north side of The Arena. 

Some events may have VIP entrance which is located on the East side of the building. 

Food & Beverage

Outside food and beverages are not permitted. 
Food, drinks, and water fountains are available throughout The Arena. 

Concession stands do have gluten-free options available. 

Guest Services

Guest Services is located at the east end of Grand Hall, south of the elevator. 

Lost & found

Lost items are held at Guest Services until retrieved by their owner. 

mothers' room

A private Mothers’ Room is located on the second floor behind Section 4, near the restrooms. Amenities include a nursing chair, counter space, sink and changing table. 

Parking

Guest parking is available in the East Parking Garage.

Parking rates vary by event. 

prohibited items

The following items and behaviors are prohibited inside The Arena: 

  • Advertising, selling, or promoting products without authorization. 

  • Alcohol not purchased inside The Arena or illegal substances. 

  • Animals (except service animals). 

  • Aerosol cans.

  • Audio /visual recording devices. (GoPro, Google Glass, Spectacles, etc. )

  • Backpacks, including clear backpacks. 

  • Bags larger than 5 x 8 x 1 inch. 

  • Banners or signs.

  • Bats and clubs.

  • Beach balls.

  • Camera cases and lenses longer than 8 inches. 

  • Clothing with offensive or profane language (as determined by Arena management). 

  • Coolers of any kind. 

  • Disorderly conduct. 

  • Drones.

  • Fireworks.

  • Frisbees.

  • Glitter, confetti, or rice. 

  • Glass or metal containers.

  • Large banners and flags (larger than 11" by 17"). 

  • Laser pointers or similar devices. 

  • Littering. 

  • Mase or pepper spray. 

  • Noisemakers. 

  • Optical illusions (pinwheels and umbrellas).

  • Outside food or beverages. 

  • Professional and/or commercial cameras with interchangeable or detachable lenses. 

  • Signs on poles, sticks, wood, or metal. 

  • Strollers.

  • Tripods, monopods, or selfie sticks. 

  • Wallet chains.

  • Weapons of any kind, including pepper spray and pocketknives (even if permitted or registered). 

  • Whistles and horns (foghorns/ airhorns and plastic horns). 

  • All bags and items are subject to inspection.

The Arena reserves the right to refuse entry to any item deemed hazardous, suspicious, or capable of being used as a projectile. 

​

Use of any prohibited item must be reported to The Arena Security and the item must be confiscated.

​

Management reserves the right to update the items noted on this list as deemed necessary. All listed items are subject to change based on event.
